1 开孔面积百分率 Open mesh area percentage
丝网所有网孔的面积与相应的丝网总面积之比，用百分数表示。
2 模版开孔面积 Open stencil area
丝网印刷模版上所有图像区域面积的总和。
3 网框外尺寸 Outer frame dimension
在网框水平位置上，测得包括网框上所有部件在内的长与宽的乘积。
4 印刷 Printing
利用凸版、平版、凹版、网版或其它图像载体，将有色或无色介质(如油墨)转移到承印物上的复制过程。
5 印版(网版) Printing forme
一种通过油墨转移将图像复制到承印物上的印刷图文载体。
6 印刷头 Printing head
印刷机上通过靠着印版动作、为油墨转移提供必要压力的部件。
7 印刷油墨 Printing ink
印刷过程中敷附于承印物上的物质。
8 印刷面 Printing side(lower side)
丝网印版的底面，即油墨与承印物相接触的一面。
9 轮转丝网印刷 Rotary screen printing
使用滚筒印版的丝网印刷过程。印版与承印物同步旋转可印刷连续图形。滚筒印版内部供墨，刮墨刀装于滚筒印版内侧。
10 网屏角度 Screen angle
对于椭圆形网点，网屏的主轴与坐标方向之间的夹角；对于圆形和方形网点，网屏主轴与坐标方向所成角度最小。
11 丝网 Screen mesh
一种带有排列规则、大小相同的开孔的丝网印刷模版的载体。
12 丝网印刷 Screen printing
使用印刷区域呈筛网状开孔印版的漏印方式。
13 丝网印版(丝网网版) Screen printing forme
印刷区域呈筛网状开孔的漏印版。
14 印刷网框 Screen printing frame
固定并支撑丝网印刷模版载体的框架装置。
15 丝网印刷模版 Screen printing stencil
在丝网印刷模版的载体上使非印刷区域不透墨的封闭层。
16 丝网印刷模版载体 Screen printing stencil carrier
丝网印版中承载印刷模版的筛网部分。
17 相对网孔容积 Screen(mesh)volume, relative
网孔的总容积除以网孔的总面积。
18 离网 Snap-off
印刷过程中，丝网印版与附着于承印物上的油墨的脱离。
19 刮墨刀 Squeegee
在丝网印刷中，迫使丝网印版紧靠承印物，并使油墨透过丝网印版的开孔转移到承印物上，同时刮除印版上多余油墨的装置。
20 刮墨角度 Squeegee angle
刮墨刀的切线方向与承印物水平面或与压印辊接触点的切线之间的夹角，在刮墨刀定位后非受力或非运动的状态下测得。
21 刮刀 Squeegee blade
刮墨刀的刀状部分，直接作用于印版上的印刷油墨，使油墨附着在承印物上。
22 刮墨区 Squeegeeing area
刮墨刀在印版上刮墨运行的区域。
23 刮墨刀相对压力 Squeegee pressure, relative
刮墨刀在某一段行程内作用于印版上的线性压力除以这段行程的长度。
24 印版刮墨面 Squeegee side, upper side of screen printing forme
印刷油墨进入丝网印版通孔的一面。
25 模版载体面积 Stencil carrier area(mesh area)
可制成模版的丝网的长与宽的乘积。
26 模版面积 Stencil area
覆盖丝网印刷模版上的图像要素的刮墨行程在刮墨刀运行方向上形成的矩形的长与宽的乘积。
27 版膜厚度 Stencil film thickness
制成膜状的模版材料的厚度。
28 理论油墨容积 Theoretical ink volume
丝网厚度与开孔面积百分率的乘积。
29 丝网厚度 Thickness of mesh
丝网模版载体上下两面之间的距离。
30 模版层厚度 Thickness of stencil build-up
附在模版载体上的模版层厚度，即丝网印版厚度与模版载体的厚度之差。
