丝印网纱如何快速选择,选好网纱丝印效果会更好
1.通过使用的油墨
- (1)一般水性油墨适用于较粗的丝网(80目-160目/英寸);
- (2)溶剂油墨在印刷玻璃,陶瓷,线路板,广告,标牌,电器等时,选用中等目数的丝网(180目-460目/英寸);
- (3)UV油墨选用高目数的网纱(300目-460目/英寸);
- (4)一般油墨的颜料颗粒比较细微,油墨通过性好,这种油墨使用高目数丝网时也能很好的通过.而颜料浓度高的油墨,尽管颗粒细微,但其通过性仍比较差;
2.承印物的种类
- (1)表面粗糙和吸收性的承印物,要达到好的墨层遮盖率,需要较多的墨量,因而选用较粗的网纱;
- (2)表面光滑和非吸收性的承印物,需要的墨量相对较少,因此选用较高目数的网纱;
3.丝网目数与原稿图像相匹配
选择的丝网目数要足以版膜上的图像，即确保最细的图像区有足够的涤纶网纱撑.(一定目数的丝网能够印出来的最细线条宽等于网孔孔径与丝网直径之和再加上网纱织造时7%左右的膨胀量。)
